Bought for my daughter. She is 9 years. She typically wears large and XL in shirts. I bought her a size 8 and it fit perfect. This top does come with little pads but we took those out as my daughter does not need those. We did tighten the straps so she might be able to get 2 years in this top. She love it and said it was very comfortable!
